Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Analyst Business Systems - Sales Training serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, training organizations, and IT to support, enhance, and continuously improve training and learning systems. This role provides technical and functional expertise to identify, evaluate, configure, and optimize enterprise learning platforms and supporting processes to ensure scalable, accurate, and efficient training operations.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Learning Systems Ownership
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the LMS and digital training technologies (e.g., Questionmark, 7taps, Workday, MindTickle, Chronus/OnTrack, WellSaid), ensuring platforms are configured, maintained, and scaled to support Sales Training needs.
Business Systems Analysis & Configuration
Work with Sales Training and IT to help design, configure, improve, and automate systems that support efficient business processes. Understand requirements and translate needs into system specifications, configures and tests system changes, and ensures solutions work as intended.
Content & Learning Experience Management
Test, assign, and activate learning paths, assessments, and training sessions to ensure a seamless end user experience and accurate tracking of completion and performance.
Sales Training SharePoint & Database Management
Own and maintain the Sales Training SharePoint site and associated databases; proactively evolve site structure, content, and organization to meet changing business and training requirements.
Workday Data & Process Administration
Manage and optimize processes for entering, maintaining, and auditing sales rep (trainee), facilitator (presenter), and field trainer connection data in Workday, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
Training Platform Support
Manage the Zendesk mailbox for Workday, eLearning, and other training platforms by triaging requests, resolving issues, and escalating as needed to minimize disruption to learners and facilitators.
End User Support & Enablement
Deliver responsive, customer focused support to sales reps, trainers, and facilitators, providing clear guidance on system use, workflows, and best practices.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Create and maintain system documentation, job aids, and operational guides to support consistency, scalability, and knowledge transfer.
Process Automation & Cross Functional Partnership
Partner cross functionally with Sales Training, Field Training, HR, IT, and external vendors to automate data processes, improve efficiency, and increase accuracy across training operations.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Learning Technology, Business, or a related field required.
Work Experience:
At least 2 years of data, business and/or systems analyst experience.
At least 1 year of hands‑on experience supporting learning systems, LMS platforms, or enterprise business applications.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience translating business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications
Working knowledge of LMS platforms, enterprise systems, SharePoint, and related technologies.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards; advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail and data integrity.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$79,000.00 - $119,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
