Job Description
Your role:
- Lead regional OIT & Sales review and support cadence preparation
- Deliver insights on risks/opportunities and drive action plans
- Ensure forecast accuracy and provide segment-level analysis
- Build SOP and improve sales operation processes
- Drive CRM data quality and sales process compliance
- Support performance tracking, dashboard, and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functionally to support deal execution
- Lead sales improvement projects

- 3+ years in Sales Ops / Strategy / Business roles
- Strong data analytics and business acumen
- Advanced Excel & PPT; SQL/Tableau preferred
- Strong communication & stakeholder management ability
- Fluent in English & Chinese
