About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Manager, Sales to lead our Dentally and Dentrix sales organization in Canada. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving new business and expansion revenue, while building a high-performing, scalable sales team.

You will lead a team of approximately 6 sellers today, with a clear mandate to grow and evolve the team over time. You will own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue performance, while playing an active role in key deals and market development.

This role is ideal for a leader who has built momentum in the market before, someone who is comfortable operating without a fully defined playbook and can create structure, discipline, and energy within a growing sales organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on new business, expansion, and transfers

  • Own revenue performance, including pipeline generation, forecasting, and target attainment

  • Actively contribute to and support key deals, removing blockers and accelerating outcomes

  • Build and refine go-to-market strategies across SMB and mid-market segments

  • Establish clear performance expectations, sales processes, and operating cadence

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve conversion and retention

  • Hire, onboard, and scale the team as the business grows

  • Foster a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

  • 7-10+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales, with progressive leadership responsibility

  • Proven experience leading and growing sales teams (ideally 5–10+ reps)

  • Experience bringing a new product to market

  • Demonstrated success in building pipeline and closing net new business

  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models (ARR, ACV, expansion)

  • Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics

  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong coaching and people development skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or a related industry is considered an asset
