Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Focuses on optimizing product mix and pushing sales volume, executes territory business plans and generates leads using strategic thinking and market analysis to drive growth and profitability, and ensuring that all sales activities are aligned with overall business objectives, working under limited supervision.
• Develops and improves relations with existing and new customers to establish Philips as a preferred supplier, using advanced relationship-building techniques to foster long-term partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Executes field sales of the assigned portfolio, ensuring achievement of quotas by implementing effective field sales plans and strategies, and continuously monitoring performance to identify and address any issues.
• Monitors customer stock situations to effectively manage out-of-stock scenarios and oversee customer overdue management, ensuring a smooth supply chain, timely deliveries, and addressing any supply issues proactively.
• Coordinates all Philips efforts to exceed own and field sales team quotas, supporting initiatives and projects that drive performance and growth, and ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards common goals.
• Resolves a wide range of issues creatively, demonstrating full understanding of specialization and may manage and develop employees to achieve organizational goals and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering a culture of impact with care.
• Meets or exceeds sales quotas and performance goals set by the company, demonstrating a strong ability to drive results through effective sales strategies, diligent follow-up, and proactive client engagement.
• Interacts with customers and functional peer group managers on complex matters frequently, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Networks with senior professionals to exchange expertise and knowledge, staying informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance performance, and leveraging these networks to drive business success.
