Are you passionate about recruiting top talent and driving strategic initiatives? Regeneron is looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Japan. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract the best talent for our corporate business groups.

A typical day may look like the following:

Identifying and attracting top talent across international markets by focusing on top priorities, utilizing data-driven decisions, and taking ownership for successful outcomes.

Acting as a strategic advisor to leaders by devising and deploying diverse talent strategies. Leading recruiting efforts for assigned corporate roles by developing a dynamic sourcing approach.

Ensuring Regeneron Talent Acquisition practices align with our DEI philosophy, generating a diverse pipeline of candidates.

Partnering with strategic search firms to ensure roles are filled in a timely manner.

Collaborating with the talent brand team to develop market-appropriate strategies to attract the right talent to Regeneron in a culturally sensitive way.

Working with TA Operations and HR Technology to ensure we have fit-for-purpose Applicant Tracking, CRM, and Sourcing systems.

Delivering phenomenal candidate and hiring team experiences by using data to optimize our processes and approach.

Partnering closely with HRBPs, HR COEs, and Business Leadership to assess talent needs and hire remarkable employees.

Understanding Regeneron’s workforce planning activities and using insights to prepare for future TA activities.

Providing hiring and employment data, metrics, and visualization analytics to support talent acquisition decision-making.

Maintaining awareness of government regulations, employment, and privacy laws, and engaging with Company Counsel as needed.

Potentially managing a team to ensure Regeneron has the right resources as we scale up talent acquisition activities.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • 3rd level degree in HR or a related discipline.

  • 9+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.

  • Fluent in English and Japanese is essential.

  • Pharma experience is a plus, but open to a mix of agency and/or consultancy

  • Proven people management skills and experience.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.

  • Should be detail orientated with the ability to organise and plan ahead.

  • Experience using ATS (Workday is a plus)

  • Strong IT skills with an in-depth understanding of TA / HR metrics & data analysis.
