JOB DESCRIPTION: To lead and grow assigned territory by driving Availability, Visibility and Advocacy , ensuring above‑market growth and 100% execution of agreed commercial initiatives, handling distributors and order bookers and implementing sales strategy. Manage assigned territories ensuring monthly target achievement and delivering planned growth . Develop and maintain business relationships with key customers in territory and distributors to achieve company objectives. Ensure effective coverage and productivity at all outlets in defined territory as well as understand market dynamics and customers. Ensure all trade marketing activities carried out at all assign outlets as per the Trade Marketing plans. Ensure planograms and visibility tools as per company guidelines.
