We currently have a full-time position for an Executive Sales Support role under our Health Systems Team in Kuala Lumpur.

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Manage highly complex & confidential tasks for district leader and sales team, exercising autonomy and staying current on corporate policies.

This person will also lead the necessary sales support including end-to-end administrative flow, including verifying PO & Invoice management and other data-driven activities as well as serve as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper for district leader, handling sensitive information with discretion and cultivating relationships with internal team and external partners.

This role will directly report to the District Leader of Malaysia.

You are also responsible for:

  • Logistics & Event Management: Oversee the organization of high-profile global events, workshops, and conferences, including comprehensive travel planning and detailed itinerary preparation.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings; prepare agendas and minutes and maintaining action lists
  • Financial & Budgetary Oversight: Manage department budgets, process expense reports in compliance with organization policies, and provide financial insights to optimize spending
  • Communication & Reporting: Prepare executive summaries, agenda and minutes of meetings, analyze data for comprehensive reports, and manage global announcements through various internal channels.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for operational and process improvements and troubleshoot sales tools/processes to enhance efficiency and productivity for all sales team
  • Ad Hoc & Evolving Responsibilities: Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned by the direct supervisor, in alignment with evolving business needs, organizational changes.

To succeed in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in office administration, business administration, communications, or management
  • 5 years’ experience in Business Support/Office Administration, Sales Support and/or as an Executive Assistant/Support
  • Good team player with strong/excellent interpersonal skills as well as an effective communicator (both verbal and written)
  • Detailed and Highly Organized and Meticulous
  • High commitment to work and able to handle confidential matters
  • Highly Analytical with a problem-solving mindset
  • Passion for providing innovative solutions, support and exceptional customer experience      
  • Strong team player and can work independently
  • Highly Flexible, has capability/experience in using various AI tools
