The Sr. Associate, Surgical Field Sales is primarily responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting products to medical practitioners and allied health care professionals. You will build strong customer relationships, handle inquiries, and manage sales planning and reporting for Istanbul. Specifics include:
• Achieve sales targets and promote products to medical practitioners and allied health care professionals
• Drive sales, productivity, and performance targets within budgets and timescales
• Develop business plans and implement activities like customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, and sales presentations
• Provide key account/hospital network support and market access support, including referral networks
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors
• Achieve agreed contact, coverage, and frequency targets through various communication channels
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build best-in-class customer relationships
• Handle inquiries and complaints quickly and professionally in accordance with company procedures
• Complete all reports accurately and on time
• Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives
WE ARE SEEKING:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Devices Sales
· Ophthalmology experience would be an advantage
· Fluent English and Turkish (Written and spoken)
· Valid driver license and passport
· Military service completed
· Strong business and selling acumen and negotiation skills
· Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills
