The Director, HR Employee Relations will provide strategic direction, leadership, and expertise in Employee & Labor Relations and will partner closely with Regeneron’s HR COE's, Compliance & Legal teams. This newly created role will establish programs, practices, and training to support adherence to all relevant employment laws / regulations, and will be the definitive authority on global employee and labor relations matters. The preferred candidate will build consistent practices across our global locations, drawing on deep expertise in handling and adjudicating a wide range of ER cases that require differentiated sensitivity and prioritization.

To be considered for this role you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required with 12+ years of progressive Employee and Labor Relations experience, including but not limited to: grievance processing, performance management, and disciplinary activities. At least 10 years in an employee relations leadership role – leading global HR teams and ER Operations. A Juris Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
